Buccellati Teams Up With Émilie Fouilloux on Capsule Collection. Buccellati has teamed with ballet dancer and digital entrepreneur Émilie Fouilloux for a jewelry capsule collection. The Parisian Fouilloux, who kicked off her artistic career at the Paris Opéra and then joined the Miami City Ballet and the Scala theater in Milan, put her feminine touch on a few pieces of Buccellati’s “Blossom” collection.
